Day 6 post surgery with a catheter, 6 more to go (fingers crossed). Dropped the pain meds, just anti inflammatory and mild laxatives. Head space is good, I can tell because I saw a set of plans for a small hydrofoiling power boat and thought yep, I could build that!

Day 16. Had one scare after catheter removal but now doing better. Next phase is 4 weeks of doing as little as I can physically.
