Why not have it follow the bitcoin paradigm? Services like Umbrel and Start9 make it easy enough to spin up your own node and become sovereign. And for people like my mom, who hold bitcoin but are not technical, I can act as an Uncle Jim and allow her to connect to my node. Are relays that much more complicated?
