I don't. It must be a law, not a bogus exec order. For that matter, I don't want governments to own Bitcoin at all, alas, it is inevitable.
The incentive for the state to try take peoples Bitcoin has just risen. I agree on the Executive order route as well but it was inevitable. Nation state FOMO
