Just saw the other account invoice paid. Looks like something prevented it from completing. Do you see any errors in the browser development console? Manually adding the other account now.

Testing Alby now. You are using Alby Hub or have Alby connected to a different wallet?

I run my own Alby Hub on a pc. I have Alby browser extension connected to the accounts on the hub.

Can confirm it’s an issue with Alby. We’ll test further to discover the issue. For now, both accounts have been added manually. Apologies for the inconvenience! Thanks for helping
