Ah ok, once you click continue it shows a QR code you can scan. Alby seems to close as soon as it registers the lnurl for payment. But wondering if you can use it to sign the nostr event, but not allow it to pay invoice and instead just scan with phone wallet

Also, have you tried their Alby Go app? Does it allow QR scanning? Perhaps, this might be a workaround to use your Alby connected wallet/node in the interim.

We’ve tried getting in touch with their support, but they’ve been unresponsive on assisting with why they’re the only incompatible extension. We apologize to any customers who use Alby. Please use a different extension to purchase/renew.

Just saw the other account invoice paid. Looks like something prevented it from completing. Do you see any errors in the browser development console? Manually adding the other account now.

When it shows the popup to pay invoice it is supposed to fire off a Nostr event, which your signer would sign and this is how we fetch the hex pubkey for your Nostr account. I wonder if something with Alby got in the way and it didn’t properly sign the event. It definitely shouldn’t have, if you agreed to signing? If you are at all familiar with the browser developer console and you try with other accounts, please let us know if you are not redirected to a thank you page and see any client-side errors in your browser!
