Apparently, if I'm willing to pay the premium for a 2024+ model of the Ioniq, I can buy a SuperCharger adapter and charge at a Tesla station. I just want to know which of these EV's is constructed well enough to stand the 300k+ miles the battery and mechanicals are rated for.

I don’t really drive enough to need anything with long range but the idea of running out of battery in the wrong place scares the hell out of me.

Having a gas station every few dozen miles on an American road trip kicks ass. I can't imagine the anxiety an EV driver has in the middle of Iowa on I-80 in a snowstorm or peak summer.

I miss having a truck with dual tanks, plus a fuel tank in the box.

I'm not running out! 😂

just bring a gas generator and spare fuel can in your EV, problem solved
