You have a point. My brother ate fastest and favored meat and potatoes over the vegetables grew 2 inches taller.

One thing in don't understand is how everyone can eat meat. For example in India, it just seems like the land doesn't support enough animals. The chickens are slim. Hard to get a lot of protein.

We need to do a lot of desalination or something to irrigate deserts into pastures.

Also, capacity to work falls at the square of declining stature.

Goats, especially produce great meat from marginal land.

The goal is to develop a civilization founded on ancient Indo-European Warrior-Aristocratic principles of strength and glory and conquest: leading to the necessary prerequisites for the exploration of space. Eating more meat and dairy and less grains is key to developing the genetic stock of this future people.
