Solving a small problem for a lot of people is generally going to be more impactful than solving a big problem for a few people.

The former is usually the better fit for decentralized systems, anyway.

Solving a small problem for a few people makes no sense economically, but it can be extremely rewarding if those few people are your family or loved ones and you do it without them even asking, never mind paying.
