Shit just got real. HIPAA compliant Amethyst is getting closer.
This is a FHIR payload form the medical record that was unacessible to the Patient. The doctor just downloaded the data, signed into a Nostr event and sent the complete event inside a regular Kind 1 (in practice, this would be inside a DM).
Since the event is inside the content, the patient's client doesn't need access to the Hospital's private relay. The information is already there.
