Today after snowshoeing, my innerer schweinehund has won. I couldn't be bothered to cook so we ate leftovers. He didn't mind.

Potatoes, creme fraiche, and salmon roe. 😅 Besides I need to clear the fridge anyway.

😄 No, no.. only the potatoes are leftovers. The creme and roe spoil rather quickly so they had to go too.
