Today after snowshoeing, my innerer schweinehund has won. I couldn't be bothered to cook so we ate leftovers. He didn't mind.

Potatoes, creme fraiche, and salmon roe. 😅 Besides I need to clear the fridge anyway.

Me too. I don't like to throw away food so I've turned what normally are appetisers into full meals. 😅
