I saw Dr Baker talking about it and was interested to see what plebs on Noste thought. I have a few ideas myself.

Iβve been listening to a lot of Dr. Paul Saladinoβs stuff and other sources lately. I think itβs unlikely you can point to one thing. Itβs likely a mix of things including gut health. Eliminating inflammatory foods and consuming high quality non processed and simple or single ingredient foods is important. Iβm following a similar diet to Dr. Saladino over the past 6 months and have noticed significant improvement in my health.

He seems good. I follow his content too. Agree π― to avoid inflammation foods. I have minimized grains and lost weight, less inflammation too. I think also processed foods and seed oils are good to avoid, along with these high sugar stuff. Still a work in progress, but getting there.
Vaccines are of course with their heavy metal content and now mRNA programming damage the gut and cause auto immune diseases too, plus a lot more.
I took it slow. Knocking one thing after another. Your body goes through kind of a shock if you do too much at once. I no longer eat any seed oils, only beef tallow and ghee. I also donβt eat any vegetables or grains. I mainly consume eggs, beef and cheese for protein. And I eat some fruits but no refined sugars. Itβs working well for me but everyoneβs body is different.

Tried to zap but says you don't have a wallet.
Props to you for making changes. So many people have the info but don't follow through in practice
That a good move and the carnivorous diet seems to work. Low carb all the way. I was thinking veggies and fruit were the healthiest thing, seems that is wrong.
