Why does is the LV wallet 3x more expensive than a ColdCard?
I'm not trying to be snarky. I never understood this.

I'm not sure what LV refers to but I think it's fair to assume you're talking about the ColdClutch.
Coldcard make these hardware wallets in series. The hard part of making them is probably the early work of coding and thinking security. Not the piece itself. These hardware wallets will most likely be sold for 50$ within 10 years.
I have to put a lot of work on every single ColdClutch. I have to cut everything by hand. Dye and finish the leather by hand. Mold the pockets. Not make a mistake. Live the stress of fuxking up.
They take a lot out of me and I don't have the will to do it for less than 1Mโก๏ธanymore.
