I have, and it works as advertised. I have left the Samsung ecosystem though, so here am I am knowing that it still doesn't work on some other flagships even today😕.
Hauwei has a nice solution as well. They all should. Having a tiny Chromebook in your pocket is awesome, and way easily doable these days. Apparently there isn't a big enough market for developers to make this happen for more brands and/or devices. That's just my $.02 🤷♂️
What would be ideal would be for Google to do this themselves. Then all the brands could just turn it on.
I know that with some brands, this is exactly the case. OnePlus, on some models with desktop mode turned on in developer settings, it works well. For some reason it's like they don't care to fix the issues. Sad to see. But, yes I totally agree and wish that Google would step up and just make a certification for it or something along the lines.
To be honest, I don't think many people give it much thought... But once you do it and it works, I mean come on. ;)
