Add good sleep, nutrient-dense food and a positive mindset to the mix and lifespan (and healthspan) can be extended for even longer.
Changed my life. Doc recommended I reduce cholesterol by doing 1.5x this amount: I reduced it by ~75% in 6 months and lost 10kg. Not too much commitment once you're used to it either - about 4 hours per week is less than I spend on Twitter!
