I’ve had a bank close my account and send my money to the state this year.

I also sometimes log in to old bitcoin wallets. Those accounts never get closed. Those sats will never be sent to the state.

When they send your money to the state, does the state send it back to you or it’s gone?

I had the state take my state taxes a few year for some medical bills. That wasnt fun.
