Dude any bipedal movement is great. We used to do crocodile walks from one end of the parking lot to the other, back and front, and the also did it up stairs, backwards and front.

Got some dak shoulders from that for sure.

I do need to keep working on my shoulders. my rotators keep losing mobility.

Yeah helps the knees too. I haven't done it in a few months actually. Work is just taking up time and I can't just Spiderman around the office 😭
