I was gifted an amazing new Salamander Broiler by members of the TSPC community at the 15 year anniversary party. It is going to be on like Donkey Kong tonight, dry brine initiated, now into the chill chest for a few hours then surf and turf. 1500 degrees of power.
I just finished listening to that episode while I mowed the lawn this morning. Sounded like a good time. Nicole did a good job for sure. So glad Dorothy jumped in as well. Happy anniversary to TSP. Been a listener since the Jetta days. Fantastic product.
