I am hesitating.

Either I push my Sprint session today as planned (10 Sprint Intervalls x 30 secs on Speed 18) or I do a back „rehab“, with stretches and strengthening part.

Did some heavy work during the whole week and feel a bit sore still in my low back and quads.

What do the experts recommend?
