Believing that you can accomplish something is a prerequisite to actually making it a reality.

In other words, if you believe everything you want is something you can’t get, you are right 100% of the time.

If you believe you can achieve all the things that you want, and go for them with all you’ve got, you may end up wrong with a lot of it, but when you get it right, you can do absolutely incredible things. nostr:note1jy805mfxjgdy97jl8uwgmmqtwwh0jy3usmmetv326wlfql6ye7askng3j4

I mean I had the largely retarded idea that I was going to start a #Bitcoin podcast and that it could be successful. Took like 5 years but it actually kinda worked. 🤔😘

This is a bit of the conundrum of freedom tech:

We begin with the observation that the current state of affairs is fucked.

Then, a lot of us embrace/build to create a better world AT THE MARGINS.

But this observation also attracts a lot of nihilists who don’t move beyond it; they completely yield any kind of agency and assume all attempts are useless.

There’s a lot of this among libertarians and those who obsess over the WEF.

There are a ton of libertarians who don’t know how to be the losers. And I don’t mean that in a mean way, I literally mean they don’t know how to do anything but “argue up.” They have to be the underdog, the oppressed and powerless, or they don’t know what to do. Their value and identity gets wrapped up in finding out they are slaves, and then they embrace the idea that they are the “uncooperative slaves.”

When it’s suggested that they could escape, or that there is a way to win, they immediately resort to “that’s controlled by the WEF!,” or “It’s just a psyop, they will betray us,” or similar.

It’s because they don’t recognize that their position, despite being morally or technically correct, gets tied in their belief structure to the idea that their enemy is all powerful, and they are helpless. So breaking out of that becomes as uncomfortable as it was to first recognize the ideas of libertarianism.

So close and yet so far 😔

Shit that’s supposed to start with “don’t know how to NOT be the losers.” 🤦🏻‍♂️

Haha I read between the words 😅

Lately Tom Woods whom I respect enoooormously has been reading ads for gold deposits that give you a 5% yield.

“Don’t just let it sit there!!!”

It hurts hearing it every time.
