And they will naturally be drawn to physical activity 🤝
Teach them young too 🤝
It’s funny the 5 year old is already trying to lift the weights 🤣
It makes sense: he sees his parents doing it and he wants to do the same
He’ll have all the time to lift them later
Get him some of those baby weights. Cute asf
I’ll look into it. I saw some weight training classes for 7-8 year olds with only a barbell (a lighter one obviously). For them to practice proper form. Smart
-I want mental stability
-i want to sleep very well
-I want to see a doctor as few times as possible in my lifetime
-I want it to be a very long and comfortable life
-i want growth physically and mentally
I will sadly admit I need to get back into shape.... more so lose some extra Pounds... Homeschooling 3 kiddos will take a lot out of you .
