So, looks like i'm committed to this health (diet) plan for the next 6 months.

3 egg whites in the morning

5 oz fish and a cup of vegetables (~8 oz) for lunch

...Same for dinner

Youre welcome. Ive been there. They say new habits take a month, so itll get easier as you go. And you may even be able to switch up foods while keeping to a good overall philosophy.
