I was talking from a wholistic point of view. As far I understand most of the universe is quasi-empty space. But I agree that if we consider only barionic matter, our plannet is not so uncommon anymore ;)

To simplify lets say that is things other than space and time, mainly planets, stars, black holes, asteroids and everything within them
