TLDR: I got an eviction notice and might win if it goes to court.

Unlike all the past late payments, this time being late was actually our fault....
But this time, we got a demand for possession.
So the demand for possession says to pay by the 15th, move out, or i couls end up in evictioncourt.
So, I tried paying on the 14th and received the 5th payment portal change/issue. This time it just said paying wasn't available for this property all of a sudden, with zero notice or instructions on how to pay....
I have documented:
✅️ over 7 harassing notices starting only 1.5weeks after we moved in for things like our grass being 2inches tall while lots they manage and mow have 4+ inch tall grass nextdoor to us, putting our push mower under our stairs to help cover it from rain, etc. (Selective enforcement)
✅️ 5 payment portal issues/ changes, most without notice. Some that have caused late payments. (Violation of basic lease principles)
✅️ Sent a demand letter for a proper payment method with instructions, in writing that i wont be charged late fees for future payment portal issues, and a refund of any and all past wrongful late fees due to payment portal changes/issues(because fuck these assholes, I'm ready to see the judge/district court)
So then....I received ONLY written instructions on how to pay, nothing else. They completely ignored the late fees and refunds....So went went to go pay under protest, as I plan to stay.... Only for there to be the 6th payment portal change/issue to occur, preventing me from paying, once again. (Still saying paying wasn't available for this property)

Yes please take me into court for eviction.
Let me show a judge how I got harassing notices for 2inches of grass as "weeds" and other dumb shit starting just 12 days after we moved in that haven't stopped and all this other payment portal/ late payment bullshit.
I'm tired of living like this....
Any zaps help me with future court filing fees.
