Using the Jobs to Be Done lens, what jobs have we hired “likes” to do on a post/tweet/note for us, historically? I’d suggest:
- Send a signal of polite acknowledgement that we read it
- Send a signal of agreement with it
- Act as a bookmark of it
What else?
Give back some value so that we don't feel indebted to the creator
