The cell connection was not the best, but we are in JP so not too bad. I suspect client had issues with default relays that are hard coded ffs ðŸ˜

Initial relays have a lot to do with a good initial experience. I’ve seen similar issues in tests and cases where it was all a breeze.
Profile editing IS a major pain - when things don’t save right away. Confusing and annoying.
