I use a couple of desktop clients like primal and iris.
My notes and responses from others are incoherently displayed and un-synched. I wish I could see all my notes and the responses that I get on one client.
Is this an issue with the relays I use or a client issue?
Or just #nostr is like that?

From the beginning, Primal is the only client Iβve used that reliably displays all my notes, and I donβt know why. This is true on both desktop and mobile.
The others Iβve used are Damus and FreeFrom.
Primal uses a relay indexer, whereas damus uses the relay model. This means that you may not see the same notes on both clients.
When you say βothersβ what do you mean ? #nostr is pretty rock solid across clients, it might be the relays your using π€π½ use #damus and look at the relays your frens are using
