I'm always amazed, that in a country with so many guns, these things don't happen more often. If one was grieving for a dead lived one - dead b/c of a denied claim so uhc could hit an earnings target - it wouldn't be too hard to justify targeting the guy at the top.

Why doesn't it happen all the time?
