On hour 30 of a 36 hour dry fast.

Not gonna lie, I’m starting to feel it. Can’t sleep, my body is sore.

Looking forward to sipping some coconut water in the morning.

This is my first dry fast, I’m planning on working my way up to a seven day fast.

Thanks. I made it over 40 hours and it got easier when the night was over. I’ll definitely do it again.
