I use the “Plexus Method” (PXS) to establish core stability. It’s a simple “mnemonic” that helps me to keep (a)tension on “pelvis neutral”, “xyphoid stitched”, and “scapulae descended” across any posture and movement. This simple “body awareness” focus helps me to “iron out” all the different “things to be aware of” in various yoga and workout routines.

I just focus (a)tension on PXS, and everything gets better.
