Hmm…I don’t know lol. I would like to try cooking them in the oven. I normally pan fry them but they end up dry
Perfect! I used this recipe when I first started cooking pork. They come out fantastic. You can sear them or not but they come out yummy. If the link doesn’t work lmk and I’ll dm you screenshots!
