Please make NostrMD a real thing where us normies can put up sats to ask questions etc etc.

👀 feel like that’d be a massive undertaking to be done right

But useful and one of a kind...

Maybe start as a Nest MD once a week and answer all our stupid silly questions and share funny stories from the MD mines about patients. Lol
