I used a different rower on a lesser setting earlier in the week and it didn’t feel right. I guess i just started on 10 and am now used to it.

Yeah it’s hard to change once you’re used to something. The 3-4 range is closer to what an actual boat feels like, but if you’re just using it for the full body workout nothing wrong with a 10!
