It is not remotely feasible to spend $2 trillion in a single bill with 6000 pages where 90% of it isn’t total waste.
The entire idea of it and its scale it’s so absurd. The only reason people don’t see it is because they’ve been desensitized to the word “trillion.”
When you tell them there are a million millions in a trillion, they might wake up.
