To me the most conspicuous effect was how much more focused I have become to reach my goals.

No-alcohol should be energizing by itself but coupled with regular exercise, even a mini workout but at least 4/7, works real wonders.

The extra energy drives action forward because you can't dampen it now with alcohol. Even if you feel down you realize the only way *now* to feel better is to go out and do something about it.
