How to get non-KYC sats using #Strike :

Create a lightning invoice in a non-KYC lightning wallet for the amount you want to buy and pay it in Strike using your fiat balance. Strike does not know that the invoice is from yourself and it looks like a payment, not a #Bitcoin buy. Then you can loop it out to your non-KYC on-chain address or just keep it on lightning to spend later.

I'm not an expert at this stuff, so if there's a flaw with this please let me know.

I dont know either, but i appreciate the creativity. We always have to looking for the cracks in the prison walls.

Sounds like a pretty good move!

Solid idea my guy 👊🏽 book marking this

USE ROBOSATS

Is there a non KYC premium ?

Now granted i’m retarded, but i’ve always seen it this way and assumed it was a low-key hush hush feature for “real bitcoiners” 😅

But seems like you could dox your node this way too and shoot yourself in the foot a bit. They surely use chainalysis™️ for compliance purposes, who supposedly offers lightning surveillance now too… though i doubt it’s as effective as i assume they make it out to be

Yeah definitely want to be careful about what lightning wallet you send to. Even WoS could be kind of KYC if you gave them your email address.

I don’t think this works for Teo reasons. First and just logically, why would Robosats exist. Second, recipients of Lightning bitcoin need to give the sender a bunch of info. In this case, the sender is a KYC’d company. I don’t think this works. “some of that info is IP address, alias, unannounced channels”

Going from lightning to on-chain is not cheap! Definitely not ideal.

Also, we still don't have strike in Canada! Sucks!
