How’s are they getting into people’s feeds that way? I mean like technically. I don’t get it.

they were spamming common hashtags, so if you follow any common hashtag it will show up in the feed. muting doesn't work because they are creating a new pubkey and profile for each note.

I am blocking them based on content now, but I am looking forward to them getting around it so I can keep improving noteguard :]

If a spammer use ai to create every notes unique and sending multiple popular hashtag and spamming how you can filter notes!

hashtags are “t” tags in the nostr note. The #hashtag thing is just a human way to add a tag to the note. You can write a program that adds t tags without it showing in the content
