I don't know you personally and don't know if this is helpful for you. Anyway, I have the feeling that the world is changing massively. Everywhere. For the better!

This change happens not only on the outside (there is no outside btw 😉), but in everyone of us. And some people feel it more than others. And it can be painful at times. It's like a birth process. At the end we will have a new, better world/life for everyone.
