Best way is to set up a record on your personal website that acts as verification. But that's not straightforward.
Second best: make a post to an existing social network that proves you own this npub by mentioning it (in your case, that would be nostr:npub1d3f4m9dgvkdjxn26pqzsxn6lpfn78sxwllxyt8mp76q0a9zyyjlswhr4xv )
