Actually eating high carb, low fat. I hired a trainer and switched my diet. I've been in a 800+ calorie deficit and it's working well, but I needed carbs.

It has been a crazy 6 months!

does this mean you’re back to baklava (that I may or may not have tried and may or may not have thought was the best baklava I’ve ever had)?

I'm not eating garbage carbs, so still no baklava for me. It's mostly carbs like fruits, some sweet potato, yogurt, etc.
