I don't believe that for a second.

It's a very common service, even in traditional banking. Why shouldn't I trust my lightning wallet to send 5 bucks a day to another lightning wallet I control?

sure, it’s common in traditional banking because that system is built on trust and there is customer service to undo fuck ups.

fwiw, i don’t think it’s a bad idea. but i think people are (understandably) hesitant at the idea of their wallet automatically initiating transactions without them confirming it
