The rub and glaze are top secret information, sorry. I rub them a day in advance, then smoke on low heat for 1.5 to 2hrs. Wrap in tinfoil and ramp up the heat for another 1.5hrs. Then unwrap, grill and glaze until ready.

Where does the cinnamon come in?
