Majority of real estate people haven't yet realized this. They are still hoping for interest rates to go down and expect housing to skyrocket. Only a few are realizing this and getting out.

I suspect the institutions will get out before the plebs. Leaving the plebs holding the bags.

Unfortunately Bitcoin is about to fix the real estate market. Housing will be like cars where it depreciates and not appreciates.
