It’s a burger made with ground beef from Redbanks beef farm in VA and my friend makes fresh mozzarella so I threw that on top. This is the finished product. My friend also made bacon, so that’s on top along with a runny egg & caramelized onions. It was TO DIE FOR 😍

You mentioned your friend makes mozzarella- have you seen the process/equipment? I’m thinking about adding to our homemade capabilities here and cheese is one I’ve thought about- but haven’t looked into what’s required yet.
