Why ETH as unit of account? Why not ETH/BTC

Whatever it is man, I always mix it up. My coingecko tells me 1BTC = 1BTC.

Ahah ya I feel you. Usually unit of account is in the denominator. I agree ETH/BTC tells you more than price of BTC in dollars
