I'll bet I can guess their diet right now:

Lots of carbs, sugar, and plants.

How do I know this? Because every single plant breaks down into sugar in the human gut (yes even fruit/veg/grains) which is literal fucking brain poison.

When you cut all of this shit out, and fuel your body with 100% protein + fat, your brain physically upgrades to its preferred fuel source of ketones. In 99.99% of cases, this improves or completely SOLVES the problem!

I have yet to meet a single carnivore who hasn't experienced an enormous mental health boost after removing carbohydrates. And for those suffering from depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar, brain fog, ADHD, migraines, epilepsy, etc. etc., it's a literal godsend. All of these are a result of eating carbs.

I can testify 100%! I had depression last summer, switched to dirty carnivore (with dairy and eggs) and 6 months or so later I’m down around 10kg and feel better than ever, much more energy, better metabolism, no hunger even though I eat less than I used to.
