Ah I knew there was some wisdom there. I'm pretty basic haha.
I also love the phrase: "Where the attention goes, the energy flows" š« It's always about our conscious decision...But for that we must be conscious of what's going on in the "now"...
Practicing to be our own observer is a great tool in my experience...Which doesn't mean we have to be perfect...and we also may choose to distract ourselves once in a while...as we are human beings š
