I've heard great things about Marfa, haven't been out there yet.

This was in 2019. Spent time there and Big Bend. A lovely part of the world.

Another place I have been meaning to see. It's a big state..

From memory, that area was 7 hours out of my way on the road from Louisiana to Cali. But worth it.

I camped in Big Bend and had some cool experiences there.

Yeah it's about 7 hours from Austin as well. I'll get down there at some point
