Homemade eggnog. Partly raw, with raw milk and egg yolk, but pasteurized heavy whipping cream. Added 1/4 cup of maple syrup and pinch of Redmond real salt. 😋😋

A clean eggnog recipe is really just about the same as raw milk ice cream, only it's heavy whipping cream instead of cream (though I do need read on the difference).

We used to be able to buy eggnog everywhere in South Australia and I loved that stuff as a kid!

Yeah I think they did. Was back when Toobs originally got killed off but no public campaign to bring back eggnog sadly
