I was trying to remember where to find MFA settings in the Microsoft Intra ID Admin console and had to resort to the Microsoft official documentation. It was horrible.

This is one reason why I think open source AI will win. I tried Goose with the PPQ API. It's still early, but it allows you to choose an LLM and you pay per use instead of getting charged a monthly credit card fee.

This also eliminates chargeback risk. That's another reason why I think open source AI will win.
